We have just learned that one of our more charming buildings is coming up for lease in August.  The building is in a historic part of Banbury town centre.  It comprises of a shop, a basement and upstairs storage/offices.  The building was renovated 4 years ago, we would be willing to return the upstairs area to accommodation if the right tenant can be found for the ground floor and basement.  The building has been used as a book shop, a florist and a delicatessen.
